Villa Margarita

Guesthouse on Spetses Island

Villa Margarita is a small guesthouse of 14 rooms on Spetses Island, located about five hundred metres from the town beach Agios Mamas and about one kilometer from the main port. Our aim is to provide clean and friendly accommodation at a reasonable price.

Double and Twin rooms are about 17 square metres and all have a small balcony with a garden view

We have two Rooftop rooms, one triple and one double, that have a large balcony with a sea view

Also there are three Studios, about 35 square metres that can host up to four guests.

Villa Margarita is a family owned business and since 1980. It used to be a 1 star hotel of 21 rooms. Today it is a small guesthouse with less but larger rooms.  

The swimming pool is filled with fresh water and is chlorinated daily. Its lengh is 9 metres and is 4m wide. The depth starts at 1.5m and ends up to 2,4m.
